Securing employment brings many changes and emotions. This is especially so for people living with a disability. Excitement, apprehension, decision-making, meeting new people and of course, financial earnings.

 

With extra support, knowledge and guidance, our Tibii participants are provided opportunities and mentored in finding suitable work and retaining it.

Training will be provided to create a resume, develop interview skills, and job seeking skills. Tibii staff is also able to assist our participants with accessing education, careers counselling and utilising job search providers.
