We provide our team with specialised training to equip them with cultural awareness and respect.

 

Tibii has created a specialised CALD Behaviour Support Plan. We ask questions to gain knowledge of any traditions and culturally specific needs of participants from CALD communities. 

 

We are sensitive to communication challenges, particularly pertaining to understanding and accessing NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) services. We can happily assist!
