Tibii comes to you!
Our qualified and experienced Support Workers will provide valuable assistance in our participant’s own home. Our role is to support participants in building their everyday and social skills, sense of self-esteem and overall well-being. Using a true Person-Centred approach.
NDIS Goals are thoroughly discussed with an experienced Service Coordinator, and a customised pathway is developed in line with the participant's own needs and interests.
Together with their Support Workers, Tibii participants will expand their confidence through mentorship, activity-based routines and outings.
Activities include but are not limited to; meal preparation, cleaning, homework, exercising, securing employment, conversation and interest-led projects.
Outings/Community Access may include; attending appointments (G.P, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists etc.), attending community events, shopping or attending day programs.
Recreational Activities include outings to parks, beaches, libraries, sporting events, museums, art galleries and many other locations depending on our participant's interests and needs.
Tibii promotes holistic lifestyle choices. We encourage participants to pursue their personal interests in physical activities. Popular activities include, but are not limited to; going to the gym, walking, swimming, bike riding, bowling, hiking, dancing and yoga.
