Bianca Gepperth

Hi, I’m Bianca.

I am a qualified social worker. I embrace Tibii’s Human Rights approach.

Since January 2020, I have worked in several different positions with the NDIS including as Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Support Worker and Specialist Support Coordinator.

Prior to the NDIS, I would for SA Housing Authority in remote SA to support people to find and maintain accommodation.

It was while I was working Greater Western Sydney Health Service that I met a wonderful social worker who inspired me to change careers and enrol in university as a mature aged student to study social work.

I am passionate about social justice and human rights. I was a Girl Guide for several years and I attended Young Women’s Leadership Forum where I became aware of and learned about the importance of human rights, social justice and advocacy.

As a support coordinator, I actively listen to people and with them, supporting people to build their capacity, support people to achieve their goals. I prioritise a person’s choice and control as we are all experts of our own lives, while navigating the NDIS and other services to implement the support required to achieve their goals.
