Tori Brookes
Support Coordinator
I’m an experienced support coordinator based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide as well as being a mum of 2 fabulous teenagers.Â
As a mum, a friend, an informal advocate, and in more typical ways, I’ve been supporting people with disabilities and their families for over 10 years. I love supporting families and helping to make their lives a bit easier as we navigate life and the NDIS with them.Â
I have lived experience and a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals (including PDA) and those with mental health challenges.
I enjoy reading and building Lego models, and am doing further study in autism.Â
I’ve previously worked in university administration, for a charity, in various government admin roles, and have recently been a small business owner. I’m excited to continue my lifelong learning journey and I’m thrilled to be working with Tibii where human rights are the focus of all that we do.
Â
Tori currently has some (limited) capacity to take on new clients for level 2 Support Coordination (Adelaide Northern Suburbs).
